The guest service person was excellent! Helpful and professional! The outer exterior looked promising but as we enter the unit we were very disappointed in the furnishings. Tried to make it modern but did so with cheap materials. Bed had springs that made noise on every movement. The sheets were discolored and had holes and stains on the top cover. No shampoo or shower wash. Towels need replacing as grey and rough . Bleached to the point of fraying ! Only good part was the staff. The upgrades on our unit were very cheap !

New manager was no help when needed. Nearly deceitful in price of room, although I still stayed. They haven’t refunded my deposit yet. I wouldn’t be staying there anytime in the next decade.

Happy, but not…

I always like staying here because of the location. But the room I was put in had bad wifi signal and the bathtub kept peeling paint. Beds are not comfortable but do for a short stay.
