Make sure to check in early, they gave my room away for checking in at 8/9 pm when I had just spent the whole day at sea world! I was exhausted and the Hyatt staff ruined my night. Thankfully Expedia saved the day.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay very much. We found the hotel very clean, comfortable and we felt very safe. The hot breakfast was great and the bed was very comfortable. Overall the atmosphere was very lovely and welcoming. I would recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

This property seems lovely from the outside. But the gal at the front desk was not only unfriendly but, seemed unhappy to be there. Once we checked in to our room, we noticed the carpet in front of the sink was soaking wet. The carpet was drenched. We complained on our way out (a different front desk person) and they said they would handle it while we were out. We came back.......nothing. Our whole stay there we had to step in soaked carpet to use the sink. The stink and inconvenience was not good. The staff constantly acted bothered by any questions. Plus.....no outlet in the bathroom area for nighttime tinkle. Either stadium lighting or pitch black. I am thinking of going back to Marriott for all my travels. No customer service TLC at this location.
