Good location for overnight stay before flying, just a short bus ride to the airport. Breakfast was excellent varied and hot. £15 overnight parking charge not included in booking! Long queues for lifts

Location is perfect

I liked that the hotel was a short walk to Pimlico station and very central to where I needed to go.

One of our two rooms didn’t have any area to section off our luggage. There was no way to access front desk via hotel telephone. This place felt like paying for a hotel experience and instead receiving a hostel experience. Yes, the hotel is very nicely designed but the basic room upkeep does not match. I should have someone coming to the room to make sure there’s soap in my bathroom when there was none for my time there, the trash wasn’t taken out so I would have to try and find a trash can in the lobby (there was one) to throw away simple things because no one came to empty out the can until my second to last day did I receive a cleaning service.

I love this hotel. Location, price, square footage.
