Amazing hotel. You cannot beat the location. The rooms are comfortable and classy. There is an amazing complementary breakfast and it was my favorite part of the day. In walking distance to restaurants. We enjoyed have a drink in the lobby every evening and listening to the live music.

Improvements needed

We’ve stayed here time and time again. However this was the most disappointing stay of them all. The first night the air conditioning and fridge would not stop make an excessive sound all night. And the tv had issues. When I called the front desk, they said they weren’t sure about the tv but someone could look into it in the morning. The welcome experience is usual top tier with offering water, champagne etc. Nothing was offered. Then when I went to the desk in the morning after the first night and explained the issue and that assistance was needed in the room especially due to my lack of sleep while being pregnant. There was just an apology offered. 8.5 months pregnant and typically sleeping great still but I was up most of the first night due to the constant sound of running water from the AC and fridge. There is a huge lack of hospitality. Breakfast has always been lack luster but still nothing to write home about. Their sister property Villagio has better customer service and overall guest experience

We stayed at this property for the Jimmy V Foundation event. Loves it. Booked again. We were in room 700. I wish I could say this stay was as nice. Service was great. It was hard to sleep with the light still coming through the shutters. The large walkway fountain was loud in the early morning. People walking by were loud and could be heard. I think it was the location of the actual room (700)
