The customer service was excellent, and the cleanliness was good. For it being kind of outdated, it was very well kept and clean. The Manager was very pleasant and the front desk employee the following morning was so helpful and Polite. We will definitely be keeping this location at the top of our list for stays in the area. Breakfast was good. Location also good. There are wild chickens and they do roam everywhere and may wake you up in the morning but it is something you just have to deal with.

Our room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was minimal, but adequate. We enjoyed watching the stray chickens, which Yuba City is known for. Unfortunately, we had two nights of noisy neighbors. I understand this is not the hotel's fault. Our third night was quiet.
