We just needed an overnight stay for our son to attend a school event, so we focused on price more than ratings, and we got what we paid for. So we don’t necessarily regret our choice, but we wouldn’t want to stay there again. Bed comfort is the most important feature of hotels for us, and we all had a good night’s sleep, so no complaints there. The bedding looked clean, but the side of one of the mattresses had a stain that looked like blood. The soap dispensers were empty, so we had to use our own travel containers at the sink and in the shower, which was very annoying. Breakfast was so terrible we had to leave and go eat elsewhere. Our hotel breakfast standards are low, so that’s saying something. I made a waffle and threw it away after one bite. Not sure how you ruin waffle batter, but it was gross. I had a cutie—it was old enough that the skin had pulled away from the fruit, but I gave it a chance, then spit it out. Besides that they just had oatmeal packs (running low on milk), boiled eggs, and the typical cheap pastry items (bagels, muffins, etc., but nothing looked especially good). Also, breakfast and the lobby are a walk from the hotel—no big deal for us but could be problematic for some. The hot tub was empty and had wooden boards over it. The pool looked decent, but it was a bit too chilly for a swim in the time we had there. Location was ok. Building looks like it was nice 40 years ago but hasn’t been kept up.

Staff is always friendly. But one of the other guests must have been fighting with another person, because the other person throughout the night would stomp down the hall and bang on the door. Woke me up several times.

It took 3 hrs for them to be able to give us a room, the room key was not working after three tries they say the lock was broken, I ask for another room because I need it to freshened up after long drive and I have family reunion, they couldn’t down grade the room or they will charge me the same price( it doesn’t make sense!!! We had to come back later on the day because they were going to try to fix the door and they couldn’t, after we can back at night they couldn’t fine my reservation, they gives a room with the jet top broke, long story short book something that I didn’t get, I do not recommend this place to anyone

My stay at Homestay

•No kitchenette in room although advertised •Charged for laundry service; dryer broken •Told their was no housekeeping when I asked for clean towels, I had been using the same towels in room upon check-in. •Denied late checkout for no apparent reason •Drain in bathtub was clogged, bathtub faucet, and shower head were clogged/very hard to turn. •Carpet saturated in dust Other than that things went well. I am not looking for a response or explanation. Just summarizing my stay.
