Pros: • Free parking with plenty of spaces • Clean and well-maintained property • Friendly staff • Complimentary breakfast included Cons: • Waited over 15 minutes at the front desk before the attendant returned to check us in • Hot breakfast items could be improved in taste • Housekeeping knocked on the door about 30 minutes before checkout — not a big issue, but a bit inconvenient while I was busy packing

This is the 3rd or 4th time we've stayed here, and it's always a pleasure. Rooms are large and ckean, breakfast is nice, staff is friendly and location is ideal for walking around Alameda.

The front desk staff was great, accommodating , professional and friendly. I had no issues with my room, comfortable and clean. The hotel is located on a busy street, Webster Street so if your room faces that street expect some street noise, especially on a Friday or Saturday night. All in all a great experience with convenient parking and location.

Lots of parking, free continental breakfast that was continuously refilled, clean rooms, they were able to hold our bags prior to check in, good size room for 5 at a great deal! If you are looking for a room not too far from San Francisco would definitely recommend and stay here again.

I wanted to reserve a room with the jacuzzi in the bathroom but got something else instead, these rooms need to be more easily identifiable for potential guest as other hotels such as the Hilton or four seasons have. Overall, the stay was pleasant.
