This resort is such a lovely place to stay - looking around, you could be at any holiday destination such as North Queensland. The pool was wonderful and the entire resort seemed to be very well maintained. We dined in the restaurant and found the service and quality of the food to be excellent. Would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it. Only feature missing were bedside lamps

Needs bigger fridge for family room

The room was a family room for 4 but there were only 3 chairs at the dining table and a very small bar fridge which is not very suitable for a family with children as there is no room to put any food or drinks.

I had a great stay, the room was beautiful and clean and the comfort of the bed was above expectations. The only issue i had was that breakfast was only open till 9am, however i just went to a local cafe. And one other, the pool was very dirty/merky which was a shame as i booked this place due to the fact it had a lovely looking pool.

Visited for 1 night on way through pools looked fun although Mr 12 scraped his feet on the rough service we didnt spend long at the hotel as caught up with family but room was comfortable was some noise late

On arrival the receptionist was rude and appeared as if she did not want to be there The mattress on the bed was very hard The air conditioner leaked water and appeared that this had been happening for awhile because of the stain on the carpet this was reported on leaving this morning But on a good note the staff at both restaurants were very good helpful and pleasant to deal with

Rooms have no cutlery no plates. Pillows underneath the covers are stained and absolutely stained filthy - obviously haven’t been changed for years. Chairs at desk in the room have collapsed seats - need to be re cushioned or replaced / place is very dated Restaurant is extremely expensive - poolside bar and cantina is excellent with friendly staff - kids facilities including outdoor and indoor pools and a playroom are excellent - good bbq area as well

A little dated now. Room near cleaners was noisy early in the morning. Disappointing. Pool was lovely. Nothing much around the area to do. Overall was nice for a night or two

Food the re Bull Ring restaurant was tasteless and bland. Had an expensive steak with surf and turf topping which was just a white gelatinous blob (disgusting). The steak had no flavor. The Turkish bread with cheese and garlic was nice.

This motel is amazing and is more a resort than a motel . Enjoyed the live music in the bar. Large clean rooms . Unfortunately found the mattresses way too soft for my back issues. Will definitely stay again.
