I have always loved Embassy suites and the luxury stay. This property was horrible! Upon check in not friendly at all, we asked for blankets never brought them. The most disappointing of it all was the parking. They charge a premium for parking and the club next door has looting and traffic so they take up all the front parking while you pay at Embassy suites you are forced to park far with areas not quite safe. I have stayed at Embassy suites and so disappointed with the stay.

Front desk staff was excellent. Read the small print, parking is NOT included in the price, cost $28 a day, factor that in. Hotel was decent, our room was a bit run-down; armoire’s door off of hinges, bath floor tile missing grout, etc. I’d stay again in low season when prices are down.

Overall would recommend. Has a nice sized indoor pool, arcades are fun, and breakfast was good. The rooms are outdated, but clean.

The staff was all wonderful, so no issues there. It was disappointing that the room was not cleaned each day. We also ran out of towels each day and could not reach the front desk so had to walk down to get more.

Room was freezing cold and we had to ask 3 times for extra blankets. When they finally brought ONE they said it was in the dryer. Apparently, they only have one extra in the entire hotel!?!? There is a nightclub in the same parking lot so beware on Friday and Saturday nights- there is literally NO parking and people you don’t want- and their loud music and activities in the parking lot everywhere. There are drugs changing hands in the parking lot, they block the street with cars and limos. I would not stay here again just because of this. The breakfast is only after 7am on weekends which is inconvenient if you are going to Disneyland, which opens early. Otherwise, hotel rooms are clean and large. Staff was nice.

Bad experience in Embassy Suites by Hilton-Anaheim

Not a good experience. No Wi-Fi for the residents unless you are a member of Hilton something!! No water bottles in the rooms as a welcome present unless you are a Hilton member as the receptionist informed me!! Many stains on the floor of room 715 and the shampoo container was completely empty when I received the room. I had to take a shower and wash my head by using the body get!! My stay was a real joke!

Property is priced right for the location and service but some of the staff there is just willing to help. Receptionist assigned us the worst room in the property facing directly on the dumping plant. Despite her knowing we are staying with little kid she assigned us the noisiest room. It was so uncomfortable to sleep until the plant shuts off at 11 pm and then again starts early morning. Buffet breakfast was good, chefs are very friendly and customise the food to your needs.

One of the lifts had a loud shrieking noise every time it went up or down for the three days I was there. Very disturbing. Cleaning staff were noisy, shouting, chatting to each other for hours, and banging trolleys all day long. Breakfast was very limited: only white slicedc bread, one sugary cereal, no fresh fruit on several days. Windows were not double glazed so freeway noise was appalling.
