Loved that the Room was very very Clean and very comfortable. Stayed for 2 nights in a king size bed room was good spacious size. Safe environment, very quiet and good outdoor amenities. Our stay was with breakfast included and it was great! Close by shopping centers/restaurants. rrestaurants

My room was not serviced. I was told the day after, the cleaning service is every other day, and because I only had a two-day stay, I was not entitled to room cleaning services. I needed towels and had to go to the front desk to pick them up. I would have liked to be told this when I checked in.

This hotel had good ratings so we tried it for a trip to the area. We didn't get the type of room we reserved and were given an accessible room and it was not a very welcoming environment. Parking was very packed. It was a bare bones experience. I don’t plan to stay here again.

We checked in for 3 nights into a King and sofa bed. My parents were with me and I made the reservation online the day before for 3 people. When I arrived at 7pm they did not have bedding for the sofa and was told I would receive it by 10pm when security came on duty. After explaining I just took a nine hour drive to get there I consented to 10 pm because they gave me no choice. I called again at 10:15 and was told it would be a few minutes. I went into the lobby at 10:30 and was told it would be a few minutes. I called at 10:45 and was told it would be a few minutes. I questioned how long is a few minutes. The guy wouldn’t specify and obviously didn’t care. I received the bedding at 11pm after my parents had gone to sleep and after a 17 hour day. The rest of the stay was perfect. No complaints after I was able to finally get some rest.

Great for the price and friendly staff.

The staff who checked us in was very friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and housekeeping was great at maintaining the space while we stayed there for one week. Be aware of the location and the driving that you'll have to do if you want to spend time near the tourist attractions or the beach (traffic makes the drive a little longer than expected). Breakfast was ok, but there was not much variety from one day to the next.

Convenently located, clean and staff was great. You can hear the noise form other rooms so would recommend requesting the top floor. Price point was great

Horrible experience. I've stayed a few times before this because it's close to where I was assigned to work. Each time there has been a problem but this time I checked out after one night because it was that bad . Rooms on the first floor are noisy. Loud door slams that shake the walls and you will hear people walking above you. The carpet feels wet because the wall a/c makes the room very humid. They have the light/fan turned on in the bathroom when you check in but it doesn't really help. It constantly feels wet. This time the room smelled terrible. It was the mattress and pillows. They smelled like weed...so it smelled like a skunk. The microwave turned on but it did not cook or heat up anything . The worker at the front desk, no visible name tag so I have to describe him. Very skinny, hair in a ponytail and fingernails with black polish lied to me. I told him (?) at 10:30 am I wanted to change rooms and explained why. He said he would call me when a new room was available. At 2:00 he called and said that I would have to stay in the room that smelled like a skunk and a microwave that didn't work. I packed and left. I had a terrible headache from the stink and couldn't get away fast enough. Supposedly this is a Marriott Property but it's not at all up to the Marriott standard. I think the workers are Indian. I will never stay here again.
