I’ve stayed at motel 6’s before & I don’t expect 5 star service BUT they’ve been pretty decent for the price. So after reviewing the pics on here decided to book it for the night. I booked 2 rooms for my husband and my 2 yr old PLUS my mom and her sister from out of town. Let me tell you the pics look NOTHING like the real hotel. As soon as we walked into the room we were hit with the smell of urine. The beds were dirty, the bathroom was disgusting, there was crusty white stuff dried through out the room. whole room was just awful. Tried to ride it out but the smell was so over whelming. We lasted 30 mins before we started panic looking for another place to stay. 10/10 would NOT recommend this place to anyone.

First off, the picture of the hotel's reservation area DOES NOT look like the photo! How hard is it to change a picture, because that reeks of deception! Check-in was good/fast and it seems the property is run by an Indian family and they TRY to run it like a bed-and-breakfast without the morning meal? As I was checking-in (for the first time EVER) the guy invites me to see the room, FIRST! UH OH! But I know for the rate that I'm paying, it is not going to look like 'The 4 Seasons' . . . so I guess that was nice for the people who see it and then decide to RUN … The property is huge and vast, but it show sign of unkemptness! There is a weight room --- but it is not open! There is a beautiful area for free morning breakfast --- but it is closed down also. There is a beautiful lower level pool --- but I didn't use it, because the pool furniture looks like it may give you typhoid. No warm comforter on the bed, and I had to clean an outside lawn chair from the nice little outside patio to use as a chair in my room because it was absent one. The remote for the TV didn't work correctly and after a couple of hours it would go to set-up and I would have to turn the TV off and turn it on again! But this place has OUTSTANDING potential . . . but it would need a little seed money, which I don't see is coming any time soon. But it looks like they are trying. Little by little, they are trying to update. My room was nicely painted, but see the photos for more:

The laundry facilities are closed. The continental breakfast area has been temporary closed apparently. I have not received any service from the property or the housekeepers. I had to clean urine off of the entire toilet in room 205 and when I entered that room, it was disgusting stuff all over the walls mattresses stained with what looks to be blood, and I had returned every piece of linen that I had had in that room and I had never received anything in return. I’m completely unhappy with this day here and the fact is, they are not willing to accommodate any of the amenities that they offer.. the whole entire property is disgusting. There’s dog poop everywhere. There’s cigarette butts everywhere. There’s rooms that are empty. There’s Windows missing screens and no ice machine works. No vending machine works and I basically have been using my own linens and towels and had to go buy toilet paper and everything to accommodate my stay which they should have already done

This was the dirtiest and most unkempt room we have stayed in likely in our 42 years of marriage. Bed linens and bed spread were visibly soiled, floors were filthy with what looked like burn marks in them, the room STUNK to high heavens, walls were scratched and peeling, as were the headboards. There was no clue how to operate the climate control. Furniture was beat up and didn't work, and there was no clock in the room nor safety strips in the shower. Not enough of the pathetic towels that were offered, and the beds were not sheeted right. We could not get out of there fast enough this morning and if I thought it would do any good we would have demanded a refund but the fellow at the desk spoke poor English. I would recommend that, instead of staying in a Motel 6, sleep in your car. Cleaner.

The pictures and the room didn’t match. It was horrible. I had my grandbaby with me. They tried to accommodate me and switch me in better rooms, but they’re all the same pretty much I bought blankets because at this point I had to stay I didn’t really have a choice. They weren’t gonna refund me my money please just make sure when you book something. it’s accurate and consistent.

This was by far the worst motel six.We have ever stayed in.I know it was cheap, but we just need it just to stay the night because we were going to a party and it was far from our house. We were given a room and when we went in the room looked okay.But then when we pulled down the sheets from the bed, they had several.What looked like yellow, urine, stains?All over them, then we pulled the sheets down.And on the mattress cover was dried blood. I called the front desk immediately and told them that I have taken pictures.And this is disgusting, and they should be really embarrassed that someone would wash these and actually put them back on a bed. I told them I needed someone immediately to come.And change the sheets and the mattress pad, and they told me sorry, we cannot because housekeeping has left for the day. I said, excuse me, no, you are going to be housekeeping.You get in here now and change these.Sheets, since you won't change rooms for us or you give me my money back right now. They were there the owners within ten minutes with the father and they were changing everything.I tried to help them with it as they seemed to be struggling.And the father put his hand up and said back away. They were very rude and we did not even get one apology. This is unacceptable.I would not recommend this to anyone. They should seem extremely embarrassed as this is unacceptable, but like they said not even an apology, they acted like it was no big deal.

I think the one star should just go to the friendliness of the staff cause that was the only positive thing about this place. The rooms are in dire need of a renovation and cleaning and so is the property itself. I've traveled plenty of times and stayed in numerous hotels/motels and this is by far thee worse experience by far. The photos on Expedia are NOT current at all. I question if the reviews on there are legitimate or if they belong to the people who live here. Yes, there's people that live on this property. The property is littered with cigarette butts and used q-tips. There was pieces of a used diaper near the pool area. The room itself. Oh my god where do I start. I wish I was able to go through this entire room before accepting it. Yes, the lady at the front desk took me to the room to check it out but it was rushed and it was not until you're in the room and actually doing a thorough inspection that all the filth starts to be known. The bed sheets are dirty. And they place a sheet on top of the bed spread to cover the filth of the fitted sheets. There was hair and stains in one of the beds also. The walls were smeared with what looked like feces, torn, and falling apart. There were stains on the lamp shade, bugs in the bathroom, and stains on the curtains. I couldn’t stay for my entire reservation it just too gross!

Whole complex was in very poor condition. It looked old and beat up. Bath room had hair everywhere and the towles were threadbare and small. Heating system did not work in the room.
