Check in was quick and easy. Staff was courteous and helpful. Had a minor issue with the plumbing but it was quickly resolved. Location and view is A+. Only negative call out was the bed being too firm to get a restful night sleep. My husband and I woke up earlier than usual because our backs couldn’t take the firmness anymore.

The staff were very friendly and helpful! The room was clean but needed some updates. Some of the shutters were broken at some point and screwed shut so they could no longer open, the lights in the bathroom kept going out, and the tile floors were very slippery in the bathroom and shower. The view, especially during sunset and sunrise, was beautiful! The AC got super cold in the room, which we love!

It was beautiful view on 5th floor. U could heard ocean all night with amazing bed. Stuff was friendly and everything was 5 star. From room to all facility. Parking is not free, u have to pay for parking but next to Ocean and with amazing price it was one of kind moments.
