Disappointing stay. Good location, clean but tired property. Decent amenities, but noisy and major issue was the dreadful smell of cigarette smoke throughout the apartment. When we complained we were told it must be someone smoking outside one of the other apartments, but it was obviously a long term issue pervading all the furnishings etc. Every time we went out and locked up, it was dreadful when we got back. Was told they had nowhere to move us to and to contact tomorrow, but got no response to our messages the next day. Only stayed for 2 nights thank goodness. Unpleasant headaches even with all the doors and windows open. Would not recommend!

The apartment was fairly nice. It was spacious and comfortable. The livingroom opened to a big balcony although our view was mostly of the building opposite. There were a few tiles in the kitchen and bathroom that need maintenance. Also, be prepared for some noise. It is on a harbor so you hear boat and people noises. Also, we were woken by a party next door in the middle of the night but that was strictly against the rules and after we called security it was stopped.

centrally located, easy access to public transportation and downtown Auckland. Excellent amenities - bedding, linens, robes, kitchen fully equipped, washer/dryer with detergent. Secure building. Surprisingly quiet given location on Princess Wharf. Communication with management was excellent. Was a bit concerned about key pick up after hours since we did not arrive until 10pm, but worked perfectly. Only downside was that the apartment is on the third floor, there are restaurants on the first, and food odors tend to waft up into the unit when doors/windows are open.

Liked Location Didn’t like Rudeness of the Management Company No Air Conditioning. In Summer must be unbearable. Service Fee $50 added to Bill after Departure for using credit card as payment. Does not take American Express Very noisy early morning hours with Delivery Trucks to the Restaurants below Toilet paper roughest ever experienced in a property and not what expected from a Luxury one 😱 Take your own

Great location and beautiful apartment

We loved being so close to the centre of the boardwalk and downtown cafes and restaurants. The place was very clean and even had some delicious chocolates and wine waiting for us. We brought our two young kids with us and they also loved it. I was nervous with the kids in such a nice place but the staff was so welcoming and did not seemed worried (still kept all crayons and messy food out of there!) Thanks for the great stay
