Great stay in clean comfortable room. I enjoyed my balcony view with patio chairs. Bathroom was well supplied with towels, shampoo, shower gel and hand soap pumps. Also had a mini fridge and clothes iron with table attached. The staff was lovely and accommodating. I didn't have breakfast in my package, so I can't critique that. But there are plenty of food options nearby and grocery store within couple blocks.

Breakfast is garbage and misleading posters (posters show eggs Benedict but in reality you have to pay for this) - the included breakfast has no hot foods and only a few pastries and cereals, staff are low energy and donā€™t give you all the info you need to know (e.g. accessing parking, after hours access to hotel, etc). Overall the hotel amenities were misleading, and really gave off budget hotel vibes. The physical appearance of the hotel, and the hotel rooms were fantastic - they were spacious, clean and comfortable.
Misleading breakfast poster. Real breakfast definitely does not have coffee latte like that nor eggs benefit (let alone any hot food). You have to pay extra if you want the good breakfast (e.g. eggs benny). Very misleading.

Being so close to Spark & Britomart was a bonus. Spacious 2 bedroom apartment. Air conditioning was noisy, couch could have done with a clean as smelt a bit. Great value for the price.
