Great stay in clean comfortable room. I enjoyed my balcony view with patio chairs. Bathroom was well supplied with towels, shampoo, shower gel and hand soap pumps. Also had a mini fridge and clothes iron with table attached. The staff was lovely and accommodating. I didn't have breakfast in my package, so I can't critique that. But there are plenty of food options nearby and grocery store within couple blocks.
Breakfast is garbage and misleading posters (posters show eggs Benedict but in reality you have to pay for this) - the included breakfast has no hot foods and only a few pastries and cereals, staff are low energy and donāt give you all the info you need to know (e.g. accessing parking, after hours access to hotel, etc). Overall the hotel amenities were misleading, and really gave off budget hotel vibes. The physical appearance of the hotel, and the hotel rooms were fantastic - they were spacious, clean and comfortable.

Great location and amenities. Very friendly and helpful staff
Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and comfy room. Beds were amazing. Fantastic location as close to Spark Arena and our car rental office. Easy walking distance to the main shopping areas and the foreshore/Viaduct area. Would happily return.
Great place to stay. Location is amazing as so close to town, waterfront and the main arenas. Staff are great, helpful and place was tidy and clean. Have stayed before and would definitely stay again
Being so close to Spark & Britomart was a bonus. Spacious 2 bedroom apartment. Air conditioning was noisy, couch could have done with a clean as smelt a bit. Great value for the price.
Front desk staff were very helpful in getting us sorted, as there was a booking error with Wotif. Rooms were clean and house cleaning staff were great too. Can recommend for a nice and central location.
