Great value for the price!

A very lovely hotel! A lot better than I was expecting for the price. Staff was really nice. I like that they had a filtered water bottle filling station by the front desk. I wish every hotel had this. I didn't have time for breakfast, had to get on the road.

Clean and Convenient, but Reservation Not Honored

We were a bit disappointed with our stay. We had reserved and paid for a room with a king-size bed over a month in advance. We even called the hotel the morning of our arrival to confirm, and the front desk assured us a king room would be available. However, when we arrived, we were told that the room booked through Hotels.com was a handicap-accessible room with a queen bed instead. Both we and Hotels.com confirmed that our reservation was supposed to be for a king bed, but the staff member working that evening said the hotel was completely sold out and there were no other options. They initially offered a rollaway bed for an extra charge, which didn’t seem fair given the situation. After some discussion, they agreed to provide it at no cost, but it was very uncomfortable—you could feel all the springs. Overall, this experience showed poor coordination and planning between the hotel and their booking partners. On the positive side, the room was clean, the property well maintained, and the location convenient. Still, it was frustrating not to receive the room we had booked and confirmed in advance.

Nice hotel with friendly people. Breakfast provided was nothing more than toast and some cold cereal choices. Very limited. Breakfast coffee we though was weak in strength. Rooms were nice and comfortable. Maid services come very early in the morning.

Noisy intersection brought motorcycle shifting noise and car noisy muffler sounds into the room. Why no scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage like at other Hilton hotels?
