The property is old. There are not enough staff. They do not explain how the breakfast works. First day the waiter was telling me that is a set menu of very few options a la carte and not buffet style. He recommends we order from the menu and deducts 12 per person adult only. Was never told until the second day that kids eat free so after paying for the breakfast on the hotel site I end up paying $50 out of pocket for two kids meals and two adults. Second day was Sunday and since it was brunch the credit would be applied and had to pay a bit to cover for the difference. Also on the second day the AC was not working and the room was so hot! It was78 degrees and the engineer could not fix it. Had to get a fan and open the little crack in the windows that was allowed to cool down the room. By midnight temp was 60 degrees and we woke up freezing so now we had to turn on the heather. Overall I would not return to his hotel because for the price that I paid for 2 nights I have stayed at much better places. Also, in the lobby they have free coffe and tea. It was a hit and miss. Many times coffee was out and hot water was lukewarm. Overral the hotel is close to everything and we were able to walk everywhere instead of driving. Location is great but not the rest. Also if you are disabled you have to go down 10 steps to get to the first floor and then the elevator works to go to second and third but you have to physically bring down all your luggage and no help.
