The staff were excellent, they were very friendly and very attentive. The room unfortunately wasn’t very clean. The carpets are very dirty, and smelled like dog urine. The bathroom was very small and water kept flowing out the shower. The AC unit kept shutting off and blowing hot air. Then when it came to requesting a late check out the staff told me I need to request the day of so I did, and then they said it was too early at 4am so I fell asleep and the message said anytime past 7am so I called at 9am and they said no more late check outs and that was so frustrating. Definitely will book somewhere else next time.
