Worst hotel ever! Charges $55 ($35 for "resort" fees for the opposite of a resort experince plus $22 for onsite parking) per day in hidden fees, only 2 towels for 2 people, bad in room lighting, staff at desk acted like they hated their jobs, no food though QR code in room said use this to order food, last guests' garbage sitting outside our courtyard door the whole time...this is the second horrible stay at a Hyatt. I'm changing future reservations to other hotels and will be warning people on social media.

The new rooms in the west wing are nicely laid out and comfortable. The location is very convenient to downtown and 101. The restaurant offers a nice breakfast buffet for $20 or ala carte menu. We had some AC noise - room 288 at the end of the courtyard right next to the roof equipt. Other than that great value and stay all around!

So, I checked in and someone at the front desk told me she would waive the parking for us! I believed her and when we checked out there was no note on our bill? We enjoyed our stay as we had a family wedding in Sebastopol nearby!

The only thing that was an issue was the weekend I was there the hotel had 2 weddings which had a lot of loud people- I would have preferred if they put the regular guests in the quieter side instead of right above the event where the loud music could be heard late into the night :(

We traveled as a family and we liked how easy check in was, easy parking (despite the parking fee) and rooms were easy to find. Room sizes were good and beds were firm and comfortable. Bathroom size was reasonable. Our stay included breakfast so my family enjoyed a reasonable basic hot breakfast buffet with eggs, bacon, sausages, breads, pastries and lots of fruit. There were a LOT of fresh blackberries and blueberries to my son's delight. Very kid friendly. They also had a lobby morning coffee and tea bar for guests in general. My only complaint was when I tried to call and text housekeeping at around 9pm, nobody picked up. I needed extra towels since there were only 2 sets and my son didn't have a set. We ended up giving him the small hand towels to use, but I wish someone was attend the housekeeping line.

The room was dingy and all the outlets were crooked. The bed was very hard and uncomfortable. The cleaners came at the wrong time daily after requesting afternoon cleaning and consequently didn't clean the room for days. The valet and internet costs were absurd for what you're getting. The entire stay was riddled with frustration and hidden fees and extra costs.

This property has a lot of potential but not live up to the reviews on here. I was aware of a destination fee but included, but the property did not make us aware of any events. There was a wine tasting the day we checked in that they did not make us aware of or have a sign about it. When checking in, the staff was not friendly or aware of any of the sites amenities. Destination fee is not worth the daily fee for the experiences they give. They just handed us a general pamphlet about Santa Rosa. Our hotel room smelled like paint, and gave us headaches. Also, we requested a non smoking room and area, however our room was placed in the building outside wheee everyone smokes at the site , so the whole hallway smells like smoke. Hopefully they can train their staff more on how to greet and inform those staying at the hotel more about the perks of staying at the Hyatt.
