The staff were really friendly and helpful. The location was perfect,right next to great restaurants and the shopping centre. 5 minute walk to the train station and 3 stops to Roma street.The apartment was modern and clean and to a high standard and parking was free. Will definately go back,loved it

Very enjoyable stay at the Jephson. First time have stayed there. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Booked a Deluxe room - very spacious, very tidy, and well presented. Room was comfortable and well appointed. Bathroom space was generous, as was the shower. Balcony was great - sizeable area that you could sit, have a drink/eat and enjoy the surrounds. Location is great - short walk (5mins) to major shops, as well as good dining options. Also short walk to public transport (bus & train 5 mins, ferry/city cat 10 mins). Would definitely stay again.
