No Pets Allowed. This beautiful and inviting home is just "A Step Away" from Shamel Park, Moonstone Beach, the Fiscalini Ranch preserve and the West Village of Cambria. The large and comfortable living room has amazing ocean views and a gas fireplace - a great place to be, morning, noon or for sunset watching. There is a dining room off the fully furnished kitchen and a large deck, with a charcoal barbeque. Both the dining room and the deck have tables to seat six people. The house has WiFi, two flat screen TVs with DVD players. There are three King beds (a regular King and two California Kings). Beautifully remodeled home in walking dustance to beach. Exceptional living area with view of the ocean. Comfortable furniture and king beds in all 3 BRs. Kitchen is well supplied. Would return.

Birthday Getaway

This rental was clean, spacious and worked well for our family gathering. We often stay in rental homes and this was the first time in recent memory that we needed to use actual keys. This required stopping by the property management office at the beginning and end of our trip and using a lock box. A digital keypad on the rental would be much easier. I would also suggest that a gas BBQ would be much simpler and cleaner than a charcoal grill. Another suggestion would be to furnish the home with decent quality shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Finally, we struggled with operating the television in the family room. There were no operating instructions and we finally resorted to casting from our phones. Despite those minor inconveniences, we did enjoy our stay. The home is located in a clean, quiet neighborhood and within easy walking distance to the beach.

Spacious, Comfortable with an Ocean View!

This house comfortably accommodated 3 adult couples in the living room and dining room. The bedrooms were good sized with cozy beds. The kitchen was well stocked with pans, utensils, plates, cups, bowls and would have been perfect except for only 5 wine glasses. There are great walks around the neighborhood to the coast. We would definitely stay here again!

Great location. Very convenient access. Nice to have a garage for our car. Nice view from the living room. Kitchen thoroughly equipped with high end quality. Very comfortable bed in the Master.Also very happy to be allowed an early check in.

40th wedding anniversary

Our party consisted of my wife and my self and our two adult children and a significant other. We enjoyed views of the ocean from the great room. A high point was our dinner at Brydge restaurant. Instructions on TV and it’s remote should be improved

Lovely, Relaxing Get Away

We wanted to escape the heat of the San Joaquin Valley and Cambria was the perfect choice. We’ve rented other homes in the area but, this was our first time at this home in Park Hill. The people who rented prior to us took the garage remote with them. The property manager told me that we should have it within a few days. We were there two weeks and never had a remote, which was somewhat inconvenient. The house is very comfortable with large rooms but, there are a lot of stairs. We were impressed with how well-stocked the kitchen was although, there was only one spatula. The bath towels need updating and it would be nice to have a few more. The bedrooms have no chest of drawers to place clothing and luggage on, but there are shelves in the closets with plenty of hangers. Having an indoor laundry room is a plus. The TV was a disappointment.; very few channels to watch and not user friendly. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet (except 2 days of Next door neighbor having a new roof installed). We took advantage of the great location with lots of walks through the neighborhood to Fiscalini Reserve, Shammel park, and Moonstone Drive. The villages are very close with a grocery store, gas and many restaurants. Overall, we had a nice stay and would recommend this house.

First Time To Cambria

2 couples stayed with our dogs. It was clean and worked well for us and the dogs. There was a deck and small enclosed backyard for the dogs to enjoy. Beautiful area with Fiscalini Ranch 0.5 mi away for walks with the dogs.

Lovely spot

We were going to share the place with another couple who unfortunately fell ill at the last minute. So my wife and I and our dog had the place to ourselves for three days/nights. Way more space than we needed, but we had a lovely time and enjoyed the amenities. Kitchen was well equipped, and we took advantage of the nice Weber grill. We would come back with friends, but a bit much for a single couple.
