This three bedroom/three bath house is immaculate. Located in the desirable Park Hill neighborhood, this home offers the perfect location to walk to Shamel Park, Moonstone Beach and Downtown Cambria!

You will find two bedrooms and two bathrooms on the first floor of this home. Upstairs is the main living area as well as the master bedroom with a beautiful en suite. **Please note that due to water restrictions the jacuzzi bathtub in the master is non-functional.**

This home offers beautiful cherry hardwood floors, granite countertops and stainless steel appliances as well as a dual sided gas fireplace-- perfect for a cozy evening. Enjoy sunsets with your family and friends from the deck or take a stroll down to the beach to search for sea glass and Moonstones!
