Was fine, very nice folks. Spacious room and comfortable furnishings. Didn't spend much time there other than sleeping. Common areas were friendly and stocked with snacks and coffee/tea.

The staff is minimal and only on premises for a few hours of the day. You are given a key to the hostess room, where you can make your own coffee and select from a small variety of fruit and packaged snacks. The room was great. Two T.Vs.

Room was clean, big and facility well kept. There was some really strange noises our first night there and the bathroom shower drain took a little while to drain the water. Overall it was a decent stay.

Coffee area very hard to use, it needs an additional shelf to add sugar, cream,etc. We were given a birthday pie ( very nice) but no knife or plates. Since we had an outdoor entry with many stairs, it was a pain to go to the main floor.

Enjoyed the room, although would not have booked the hotel knowing that there's really not someone at the front desk but rather someone who comes and goes along with no phones in the room and poor TV. Next stay would be the beach or Cambria Pine Lodge 100%.

Great historic hotel

Great historic hotel with updated charm. Happy hour drinks were phenomenal. Room was the size of an apartment. Great restaurants walking distance (especially the Robin).
