OK Hotel. Dining/shopping options a plus.

Rooms were nice/new looking on the inside, like they have been recently remodeled. The exterior, however, seems a bit outdated. The exterior door to my room didn't want to close until I pushed it shut. Even then it seemed like it wasn't all the way flush with the frame. Looked like it was ajar a crack but it wasn't. Called about ice machine, and they gave directions... Went down and ice machine was missing from where it should have been. Found another one, but it seemed odd. Only two machines for several hundred rooms (front desk said they had two), but one was missing. Pool was closed for maintenance, which isn't that unusual. Just wish places would advertise as such on their site, since it's a feature a lot of people look for. On the plus side, lots of shopping/dining options nearby, many within walking distance. All in all, not a bad place for the price, but could use some sprucing up on the outside.

Enjoyed the stay, just minor things.

I enjoyed the stay it was nice. Service was great only issue was my daughter bed had hair in bed and one of the drawers had some type of debris in it. But I travel with cleaning supplies problem solved. I believe with trying to turn over rooms quickly, some things are over looked but over all it was a nice stay. Very comfortable.

The hotel was nice. It was generally clean. I didn’t like how there was a huge gap beneath the shared door for the double room option. Felt like an invasion of privacy and noise. The main door also has gaps so the cold gets in easily and the noise outside is so loud. The price was great!

This hotel is more like a motel than hotel anyone can walk to your door since cars can go and park right next to your door, the room was just renovated but the strong smell of chemicals, could be paint or some type of construction smell, not sure what it was but couldn’t get it out of my nose, the hotel is old and not very from the outside, rooms are descent but not great, floor wasn’t very clean and we couldn’t walk without shoes because we could feel dust on the floor. If you are looking for some comfort definitely this is not the place to go.

We had an amazing experience at this cozy, family-friendly hotel! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the friendly, welcoming staff and the smooth transportation to and from Legoland—such a convenient perk for families! The hotel’s location is perfect, with everything you need just around the corner. A big highlight was the Windmill Food Hall—what a fantastic spot! The energy and atmosphere were so lively, and the variety of food options made it easy for everyone to find something they loved. Best part? It’s just a short walk from the hotel, so we could pop over whenever we wanted. Our room was comfortable, clean, and perfect for a family stay. The only minor thing was the AC, which was a little noisy, but the room stayed cool enough that it wasn’t a big deal. Overall, this hotel is a great choice for families visiting Legoland or just looking for a convenient, comfortable stay. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!

What I really liked about the property was the price for the location was reasonable/not expensive. The room was clean! The staff were really helpful and friendly. I also enjoyed that they had a shuttle to legoland and back to the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel!

Family staycation

The room we stayed in was newly renovated and very nice that it had hardwood floors. It just needed improvement with attention to details like attaching a toilet paper holder in the bathroom, water temp in the sink needs to be adjusted (always hot water), removing dust and debris all around the room, I’m guessing fr the construction. The drain in the bathroom also needed to be cleaned out. Staff at the front desk were very friendly and location of the hotel is wonderful.

Close to legoland

The hotel was ok, the rooms were recently renovated, but our room was very loud (first floor, water a large generator outside that made noise 24/7). One bed was so soft we could not use it.

The fitness center wasn’t a fitness center it was a cardio room with 3 machines and the treadmill was broken. Our room door wouldn’t fully close you had to use force and the dead bolt wouldn’t lock because the door wouldn’t fully shut. It looks as if someone tried to pry the door open. We made it work for the night but we won’t be staying here again.
