Such a great hotel for the price and location. You’re right across the street form the Carlsbad Outlets and the Flower Fields. The property is large and very lush so it feels like you’re somewhere else not at all near a mall. There’s also a direct connection with the Windmill Food Hall which is great for everyone. The pool is actually heated. So many places say theirs is and it’s not but this one was very comfortable. Rooms are very well upgraded. Only downside is the beds are super hard. Feels like a box spring with a thin mattress pad over it. Regardless it’s an excellent choice for the area.

Awful experience at this hotel. 1) the bed was hard as a rock. Worst bed I've ever tried to sleep on. 2) there was NO hot water in the shower or sink, and they wouldn't do anything to correct the problem (including moving us to another room. 3) the coffee machine didn't work The rooms look nice and updated in the pictures, but this place was probably the worst hotel I've ever stayed at and the front desk staff are lazy and unhelpful. Will never stay here again, and highly do NOT recommend!!

A good stay at the sea hotel the room and bedding was clean i liked that there was no smelly carpets in the room. The seal on the shower door was coming off but it had no affect on anything The hot tub was out which was a big bummer but It was quiet and peaceful . I would definitely stay there again i just hope the hot tub is functioning

No, shuttle bus as advertised and no gym. Gym was closed due to fixing the lobby. The lobby is where the gym was. Overall great staff and rooms
