When checking into the hotel, there was no smile or friendliness from the staff. They didn’t inform us that the pool was out of service, there was no breakfast available, and the fitness center was closed. I asked the front desk for towels and toilet paper, and they said they would bring them, but never did. Every time we walked in or out, the staff just stared at us no greeting, no smile. Very uncomfortable experience. I will never stay here again

Hotels.com reservation confirmed multiple times, but when I finally got there, they had no record of my reservation. Staff member was agitated unfriendly and kept stressing that she was on her lunch break and she shouldn’t be helping me at 8:30 at night. She did nothing with her manager or me to accommodate us a party of five stating there’s no reservation and she just can’t help me because there’s no room hotels.com was even worse as it’s been over a week and they still haven’t responded to my emails about the confusion and lost reservation at the hotel

Room needs attention

There were fleas in the room. Sheer drapes are shredded and need to be replaced. The mattresses need to be turned or rotated. The coffee carafe does not fit the maker. The water does not flow through to the pot. Otherwise the room was great. Clean and comfortable.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Roaches and bedbugs! Room 334. The pool was empty, gym was closed, carpets were stained and stinky. I drove from Utah for Legoland and the beach. This location was perfect. The hotel was very rundown.
