I don't normally write reviews but one is warranted here to alert others to avoid this property!!! The photos of the hotel are deceptive. The outdoor pergola was missing and outdoor furniture was shoddy and all the cushions were missing from the wicker seating. The pool was dirty and not heated as stated (which is why we chose this over an air BNB). My daughter and I got no sleep during our stay. The family in the room above us starting our 2nd night sounded like they were doing WWE wrestling and dropping bowling balls above our heads. This went on every day the entire week till at least 11pm and started before 6am. When I would knock on the ceiling they would mock me by pounding on the floor or slamming their doors repeatedly. I spoke to the front desk staff and managers every day. The managers told me they could not force them to move rooms. They offered to move me to another floor. I was there with my family and we had 3 rooms all next to each other so I was not going to move away from them nor should I have had to move. Every time I spoke with front desk staff, they told me the manager would call me. They never did. I had to follow up with them. My son also paid an upgraded fee for a suite so we'd all have a place to sit when hanging out at the hotel. There was no couch/pull out bed in the room. It was just a huge room with a bed in it. When we checked out the manager said she would ask Expedia to refund my son and I one night for our rooms. I have heard nothing.

Property is very run down. No tub, shower pan was all chipped, toilet tank had a chunk broken off, and furniture was beaten up. Beds were very firm and AC worked well. Housekeeping did not come the next day so i ask if we could at least have some towels. They never showed up.

Everything (Front desk, polite staff, lobby cleaness) was good until we got into our room. when we opened up the fridge we found a cup of coffee. Not sure how long it's been in fhere. The good thing was the room was clean and tidy. One more thing the shower curtain was too close to the tub. It made the shower area felt smaller. It could have been roomier if the shower rod was moved about 2 - 3 inches away from the bath tub.

Check in was fast. I stood at the reception area for awhile before being helped by a heavy set lady at check in. She was not personable or approachable but rather more dismissive almost like you’re being an inconvenience to her. Never made eye contact with me. Asked her if the pool was heated she said yes, even though it was not…I also asked her if there were towels available she said there should be, and throughout this whole interaction with her there was no acknowledgment or eye contact from this lady. When we got to the pool there were no towels available like she said there was. Had to go back to the front desk to request for some. Our first room reeked of something very foul and disturbing. Called the front desk/guest services for another room which a gentleman in the front was able to accommodate with no issues. He was very friendly and accommodating. The second room had a similar smell I’m guessing because it was on the same floor and may have been just a plumbing issue. Overall our stay wasn’t terrible but not the greatest either and the hotel itself is very outdated even the elevators were struggling at every use.
