Great and friendly front desk

The front desk person was very kind to accommodate us when I decided to add another night for my daughter despite the busy day. Many people were checking in and he maintained his composure. Great job Charles.

Its ok if your staying for only a night just to sleep. It was raining when I check in so there’s like a urine smell in the room, I don’t know if it’s because of the rain or the room itself. The bed I think need to be replace cause your sinking when you sit down on it. But the customer service was excellent

Overall, it was a great experience. While the location isn’t very close to major attractions or restaurants, the hotel makes up for it in other ways. The price was very reasonable, and the customer service was excellent—staff members were friendly, helpful, and always available to assist with any requests. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, providing a relaxing stay. It was also nice and quiet at night, making it easy to get a good night’s sleep. The breakfast was decent, with a good selection of options to start the day. If you’re looking for a budget-friendly stay with great service and comfort, this is a solid choice!

Shower water was like warm the fauset shower cold and hot where opposite even those they came to check out the water thet said they will put the boiler on bit hot and it was still the same ... And confusing they when u turn the handles to cold it was hot so on so on

Disgusting and ghetto

This place is DISGUSTING!! Take your money and go somewhere else. I upgraded to a "suite" and the whole thing is just nasty. The carpet looks dirty, the tub is disgusting, the drawers won't close, the outlets in the master bedroom don't work, the steps on the bunkbed are nothing like they show in the pictures (they hurt my kids feet) the screen to the kids bedroom is not on right; looks like someone tried to break in and this morning we all woke up super itchy. So gross here. Also, the staff is so rude! Breakfast is supposed to be over at 9:30am, they started closing everything at 9am, I was trying to get my son a yogurt from the fridge and this lady said "excuse me" and turned the fridge with the door to the wall so I couldn't grab one, it was only 9am! Never again will I stay here.
