Convenient stay for Legoland.

Convenient hotel for Legoland. Free parking. Restaurants and shopping outlets nearby. We walked to Legoland which took about 20 minutes cutting through the parking lot. Beds were comfortable but our shower/tub was in bad condition. The paint was peeling off the tub. You need to leave an ID with the front desk when you ask for a hair dryer. Good value for the price.

This motel is bug infested. Bugs will be in your luggage. Beware. The staff is extremely rude. This location is not trustworthy. Do not leave personal items in the room when you leave your room. They will offer you bug spray because they said that every guest has bugs.

Holes in the door, very loud since the walls were paper thin, but easy walking distance to legoland. No shampoo, conditioner, or blow dryer available in the rooms.

What a wait…..

Waited over 30mins for the clerk to come to check us in at 7. About 4 other families needed to check in at that time as well so we sat in the lobby patiently waiting so we could check in. I had to keep my spouse and our 2 month old child in the car until they returned. I just feel someone should be at the office at least until 9 or 10pm so families aren’t forced to wait. And upon return they don’t even offer empathy to the families waiting as you could easily tell we were bothered by the wait. Other than that, the check in process was speedy and easy, rooms were clean and comfortable

The pictures of this property and the good reviews are extremely deceiving. I booked this for a quick birthday trip to Legoland with my kids not planning to spend much time in the room. When we parked there were multiple people wondering the parking lot that looked a little suspicious. When we got up to our room I immediately noticed the fact that there are 3 locks on the door. And a sign that said “for your safety lock both locks”. I tried to turn on the lights and half of them did not work. I turned on the tv for our kids while we got settled and it was mostly in Spanish. The last straw was when I went into the bathroom and the door had punched holes in it, extremely cracked shower liner, and mystery substances on the walls. It looked like there had been a fight. I immediately told my husband I did not feel safe and he agreed. We were informed that because we were there for more than 15 mins (most of it was spent unloading our car and carrying our luggage up the sketchy stairs) that we could only get a partial refund. Needless to say, this place was not what we expected and we took what we could get and got out of there.
