We were truly blown away at how picturesque this resort truly was when we arrived! The staff was welcoming and friendly, our room was beautiful, and access to the game room and the pool was easy. The activity staff were really kind to our daughter and made our stay even more enjoyable. Though several things were closed due to the off-season, we were still able to find things to eat for breakfast and lunch and in between exploring nearby Tahoe.

This was a shoulder season stay and the entire resort was pretty empty, almost all restaurants and shops were closed until November. Unit itself was lovely and comfortable. We had a two bedroom, two bath unit, maybe not too good for two couples as the second bedroom and bath were not nearly as upscale as the master, great for kids.

Staff was very kind. They responded immediately when we were locked out of our room. Wish there was more dining options. But it is the off season. Market was within walking distance. Would love to go during the winter season but the prices are too high. We will definitely stay there again.

Not great

The room was clean, but the bed was horribly uncomfortable. I might as well have been sleeping on a wood plank. In addition, the hot water lasted a while 2 minutes in the shower. When I asked the front desk in the morning at check out, they said “oh yeah, this building is like that”. I don’t see how that’s allowed? When we got there, there was no one at the desk and we had to wait about 5 mins until someone showed up, who was new and couldn’t access all of the correct systems to check us in.
