We enjoyed our stay at the lodge, but they were understaffed in the dinning room each day. Since there isn't another restaurant in the park, I think they should expect their overnight guests to dine in their restaurant.
The staff that was there, were all extremey helpful and nice. I would stay at the lodge again.
We really enjoyed our stay here. The room was very clean and comfortable. We were on the bottom level of the Silliman Building which doesn’t have an elevator so may be difficult for some to carry suitcases, but it was fine for us. We enjoyed a pleasant dinner at the restaurant. There was a little bit of noise from other rooms but not too bad. Unfortunately we didn’t see any bears.

No AC. Property should state in the room description that there is no AC so guests are aware. Open windows was nice, but it was a surprise that we weren’t prepared for.
Sequoia NP, We stayed one night during our Majestic Mountain tour. We enjoyed a beer and played card games after our day in Sequoia on the lovely outdoor deck. Dinner and breakfast in the restaurant was delicious. The rooms were a bit dated, but clean. Slept well in the middle of the forest, so peaceful.
It was a little inconvenient getting to room with lugging with a off road cart but overall experience was great

Liked: Cleanliness, amenities
The room was spacious. The lodge was in a good location. The staff was helpful
We didn't like the overpowering scent that was plugged in on the first floor. The scent filtered into our room. It gave me a headache. Many people are allergic to perfume scents.
