Book Premier Inn Coleshill accommodation from NZ$57

The beds looked made but when my daughter went to go in her s there was a tissue in there like it hadn’t been made up for us from people before …. So we both slept. Together I complained the next day all I got was a £40 refund … but there was no knowing that bed wasn’t slept in !!! I still had to chase the cleaning ladies in the corridors in afternoon to get them to change bedding…

Rooms were very clean and better than I expected. The only downside for us was no tea or coffee in our room and that was disappointing but overall great place and stay and would stay again but a room with tea and coffee ☺️

Great hotel overall - nice room, friendly staff, good bed, and shower was too notch. Only small thing was that the building was a bit of a maze trying to find the rooms. I'd happily stay there again when I next come to Birmingham. Highly recommend!

Absolutely stunning hotel with excellent staff and service. I will stay here again for certain. The room (and hotel) was comfortable, spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated.

The breakfast was lovely but my husband said the hot choices could have been hotter and the eggs was hard otherwise we would stay again
