Staff couldn’t be more helpful & had an amazing nights sleep. Was close to the utilita arena where we attended a show. Food options in the local area were amazing.

Was visiting a show at the NEC so stayed the night before. Travelled by train and the hotel is just a short walk from the station and well sign posted. You walk through the ser ice area of the NEC which you would think wrong if not for the clear signage. The hotel itself was clean and the staff very pleasant and helpful. The room was perfectly adequate with a nice ensuite shower room, no bath. I could hear people walking along the corridor but it did nor disturb me. Room was air conditioned and the temperature easily adjusted but no opening windows. Tea and coffee tray was fine but I did have a broken kettle lid which was a little dangerous, which I reported on checkout. Overall very happy and would stay there again.

Nice but old hotel. Very convenient for Birmingham Airport. Easy check in & friendly helpful staff

As we approached the reception wanting to check-in we were greeted with a very friendly welcome. The room was clean and the breakfast buffet the next day was very good. With staff filling up the buffet frequently and tables were cleared and cleaned quickly.

Location was good for central Birmingham Staff really nice and helpful Clean hotel Traffic noise but earplugs provided helped
