The first room the AC was broken so I had to get moved rooms. Then at 9:30pm last night we went to the jacuzzi and my foot fell into the jacuzzi drain cover injuring my foot. Luckily my foot isn’t broken. The jacuzzi drain cover was missing the inside plastic ring that it snaps into so this was clearly a preexisting problem that was not fixed properly You can contact the hotel to confirm the incident
