Large Parking Fee

We were surprised at the $45 parking per night fee we were hit with. We stayed two nights and one of those nights we had to park out of the parking garage due to no spots being open. The desk said they would not charge us for parking on that night.

Front desk staff was unresponsive to request for extra towel from housekeeping on first request. Had to return to front desk and request a second time. There was no housekeeping room make up service on Saturday Feb.15. When questioned as to why, the front desk claimed that the hotel was very busy and noted that we had booked through a third party service (Expedia). Eventually at 10:00 pm housekeeping came to the room for ten minutes. The same thing happened again on Sunday Feb.16. We were gone from 10:00 am till 9:00 pm. Upon return to an un made room we went to the front desk,explained the situation and were given clean towels and two vouchers for coffee. No housekeeping service. On Monday the 17th housekeeping resumed, however on Tuesday the 19th, at 1:30 pm we placed a call to housekeeping to make certain that they were coming to the room. They did come about 1:45pm. We checked out on Wednesday the 19th. We will not stay at that hotel again as we were very dissatisfied with housekeeping service. Does Expedia have a contractual agreement with Hilton that housekeeping will only be performed on certain days of an a Eight night stay???

Liked this hotel. It was a great price for a nice balcony room. The reason for the 4 stars was because they charged $45 dollars for overnight parking.

I booked two queen bed and when i got there they didn't have any rooms that did. Then why approve it? The first night went i went to bed, the bedding had a B O smell from hit like they didnt change the sheets or the pillows cases. Next day after room service the smell was gone.

They seem short staffed. They wouldn’t contact me when our room was ready. Plumbing was bad in shower and toilet. Wasn’t comfortable with the popcorn ceiling
