Nothing like the photos

Room was nothing like the photos, sheets were ripped good thing I brought my own stuff. It smells like cigarettes when first walking in and the smell lingered the whole time during the stay in the bathroom and sink area. The room overall was so out dated and felt so dirty, especially the bathroom. The fridge had some kind moldy residue that needed a cleaning. Had no choice to use the toilet but for it to flush had to hold down for handle for a while and the shower and walls were in need of remodeling. In general wouldn’t stay here again unless the building and rooms get renovated. My partner and I were carful of what we touched and made sure to sanitize before and after. It was for one night so dealt with the stay but honestly wouldn’t recommend to family if you don’t worry about catching something or the smell then feel free to stay at this hotel.

First. I got billed the total amount by the hotel a second time. They refunded it, but now I have the total amount being held in limbo before the funds get released back to my bank account. I was not offered anything for compensation for tieing up my additional funds for 5 to 7 business days. Second the room itself was okay, but there were dirt stains in the ceiling and the restroom looks like it hasn't been updated in 10 to 15 years. The toilet ran the entire time. There was a rusted utility panel, and the tub and restroom ceiling were stained. Honestly, didn't expect these type of rooms at a LA quinta given my past experiences with the hotel chain at other locations.

We were given a newly renovated room. The sink leaked, the door frame on the room door had a gap, not sufficient lighting, no towel bars in the bathroom and a large burn hole in the duvet cover and the room door had many drill holes where hardware was removed. The flooring was installed incorrectly as it gave when we walked bro the floor. The shower head was right above your head and you had to reach under it to the water valve.
