The room was clean when we walked in. The bathroom did not drain properly. There was cacoroches in the room and the bathroom. I was slepping and I woke up to a cacorache crawling on my back. I felt very uncomfortable because I could not sleep after that.

I loved the remodel of the rooms. It’s clean and bright. I enjoyed my stay. Mr. Navarro was very efficient and friendly. The evening clerk is something else.

Booked the room specifically because it had a pool, however pool was not open. The rooms were dirty (floors and surfaces visibly had stuff all over them), there were so many random people banging on doors and yelling at people all hours of the night. One of our rooms had no mirror and seemed like the bathroom was unfinished and should not have been in service. There were areas that you coukd tell had been damaged, however random pieces of wood were just screwed into the wall. Overall, it would have been okay if we were not offered a pool to be told it was not accessible, and the floors/surfaces had been cleaned. If there are room that dont have mirrors in the bathrooms, that should have also been disclosed

Hotels.com poor customer satisfaction

It was ridiculous. I made the reservation through hotels.com to stay at motel 6 but hotels.com didn’t send the reservation to motel 6 for some reason and it had been nothing but a huge pain in my ass dealing with hotels trying to get either refunded or my reservation changed for another day credit. Every day I reach out and they tell me they will reach out to me the following day with a resolution but I never hear from them. I have to reach out and it has been now almost a week with no resolution and no effort at all on their part to contact me and assure me that they will make things right. Very disappointed and will probably never use hotels.com again

Check in was quick and easy. Staff very friendly. Property was typical of a Motel 6. Only issue was people yelling at each other and slamming doors at 2 in the morning and music playing from another room all night that I could hear in my room.
