Check out was bad. I was at the office at 7:30 am and the sign said out to help a customer. Back shortly. Another lady was there to check in and both of us waited untill 8:12 am for a girl to open the door and tell me to "just throw it on the desk! While I was waiting, I went back to my room and dialed the front desk - it rang 20 times without an answer. I also called the telephone number and got a busy signal. This is unsafe for all the customers who stay here. My stay was a five star up until today for check out!

The room was so old. Flooring messed up, filthy loveseat that we didn’t want to sit on. Patchy walls from too much patching (terrible color) tiles in the shower messed up. The safety of the area was ok. Wouldn’t stay there again

Check in was easy, the front desk guywas pleasant and met my request with a bottom floor! The bed was comfortable! They only had 3 pillows on a king size bed but they gave us extra pillows when we requested them. The hot tub was really nice! The only downside is the people that live there. So trashy and kinda scary but i felt safe enough inside the room.

I have nothing but ppossitite things to say about this place. The staff is awesome very nice and make the process a breeze. Location is outstanding .. with bars and restaurants a big gym and movie theater withing short walking distance . And the rooms to top it off are fantastic ..beds are clean and comfortable soft pillows the restroom is stocked with toiletries and shower head great water pressure lastly the TV is my altimmate favorite
