Clean rooms excellent staff pool area was wonderful amazing food, and drinks, kid friendly we had an excellent time.

Great customer service. The Staffs are so helpful and excellent in their work.

Short 2 night stay. Location was perfect to walk to Epcot and boat the HS. Also utilized the extra magic hours at MK and that was a great perk! The shared grotto pool was great too. Friendly staff and multiple food options in the resort. Only negative was the room bathroom. Very small the door opened into the toilet and not a lot of room. Also could use more hooks to hang wet clothes and more outlets in the room. But beds were very comfortable. I would stay again.

I loved this hotel. It was fancier than I expected for the price. Great value if you’re going to Universal Studios!
