Hotel is perfect for a visit to Waikiki, beach is right across the street, plenty of buses, taxis to take you where you need to go, plenty of food options with in walking distance Staff was great

Beautiful views and walking distance to many shops and restaurants. Room was lovely and balcony was great to have coffee on each morning. The Hawaiian Paradise coffee provided was delicious!

Love this hotel! It was our second stay and we will always choose this hotel for the delicious free breakfast, the friendly and helpful staff, the convenient location and the decent rooms—clean, everything in good repair and fair size. We were lucky to be upgraded from a King City View to a two-bed Ocean View and appreciate it! The property is a bit further from the centre of the city—close to the Zoo and Diamond Head, but transit was efficient and easy. Wasn’t a fan of the dispensary in the lane below as we could smell the pot up 10 stories, nor the noise from the streets, but the Hotel is not to blame—just couldn’t enjoy the patio fully. Pool was closed for Reno’s, but we had access to a sister hotel next door’s pool and it looked much nicer anyways! We prefer the beach and appreciated that we could borrow beach stuff and towels—toys, boogie boards, chairs, etc. The Dominos Pizza in the lobby came in handy when we were exhausted and hungry!

The employees were absolutely the sweetest and so helpful. The vibe in the hotel was just so full of aloha. The restaurants were over the top, we loved the breakfast buffet, which was reasonable for us. We loved having Starbucks starting at 5:30 am in the lobby! Rooms were just perfect for us. The location connected to the mall was over the top convenient. I think we had to go to Target everyday. This was most easiest trip with this great location away from being in the center of Waikiki
