This property was nothing like the pictures shown, the sinks were dirty, there was patchy paint everywhere, the tv worked when it wanted to, and the water had an awful smell to it.

Clean, no fuss room

Eddy was completely unprofessional. He was very rude and would not let me provide information that would have helped resolve the situation, even after standing there for 10 minutes while he talked to co-workers in the corner. He kept holding up his hand and saying we'll be with you in a minute. One of the piece of information I was trying to provide was that it sounded like they were looking at my listing from the weekend before which was one bedroom, but this visit I had booked a two bedroom. Brittany came to our rescue and tried to smooth things over but we still ended up with the wrong room. We did not get the sectional couch shown in the hotels listing and verbally confirmed to me by Brittany that are in the deluxe two room suites. She gave us a small gift basket with lotions, etc. The hot tub and pool are wonderful. I wish I had gotten the rooms that I paid for, but even though they are dated, they are spacious and the rooms with the jetted tubs were quite enjoyable. Even the balconies were large.

Todo nos gustó. Solo qué el microondas estaba muy lento entiendo que necesita uno nuevo porque el otro que tiene la facilidades está en mejor uso calienta mas rápido.
