I have stayed there so many times, but the new staff they are not very helpful especially the duty manager being a hotel.com Gold member they refuse to give me a upgrade as they said only for their own customers booking through their website, plus the small pillows in the bedrooms had really bad stains on them and the towels were very old

Unpleasant stay

The house keeping was terrible, I asked for the Iron and Iron table it took 45 mins after 4 follow up calls. Also the lady on reception was very rude.
