I had a wonderful stay at Rove Healthcare City Hotel in Dubai. The rooms were exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable, making it easy to relax after a busy day. I stayed at Rove Hotel, Dubai for 4 nights on a business trip, and it was an excellent experience overall. The hotel is very well suited for business travelers—comfortable rooms, efficient service, and a smooth, hassle-free stay. The service was consistently good, and I would like to make a special mention of Mani and Aktan for their helpful and professional attitude. Also, Aravind from room service deserves appreciation for prompt and courteous service. Overall, a reliable, well-managed hotel that I would definitely recommend for business stays in Dubai.

The towels were old and worn out, and housekeeping was only provided upon request. Additionally, the room lacked basic amenities such as a toothbrush, bathrobe, and slippers. Essential toiletries were unavailable unless specifically requested, which is quite disappointing. As for the restaurant, the menu was not diverse, offering a limited selection of dishes. I hope greater attention will be given to providing a more comprehensive and flavorful variety of food options.

I got food poisoning from a party and they allowed me to extend my checkout until i was strong enough to drive. I really appreciate them. Everyone was awesome. I couldn't have made it home if they didn't allow it. For this, i will stay again. The customer service is superb.

Great hotel in a great location, however, the amenities were low quality, such as the shampoo and hand wash. Also bottled water was not provided, it was filtered tap water. Great location and staff were extremely friendly
