Clean and very friendly staff, everyone was so nice. When you walk in there’s a Starbucks in the corner and lobby is beautiful. Would not stay again because the rooms are old and outdated. No microwave in any room, what’s so ever. Brought some pizza back and couldn’t eat it. Very old tv, it looks like a microwave. We got put in the wrong room but didn’t complain because we didn’t really mind even though the bed was smaller then what we paid for. Dock parking- 4day parking with hotel discount, $180 total.

The deposit upon check in is 500 dollars, which is fine because it’s returned but I feel this should be noted. Property charges 35 dollars per day mandatory, but they do allow you to use it in the cafe which I guess is nice. You’re basically forced to spend money there daily. The hotel is beautiful and clean, rooms are a great size for New York, beds are very comfy, and the bathrooms are stunning. Our mini fridge was broken and our curtains did not close all the way allowing a room full of light from Times Square the first night. They did fix these issues and gave us a room credit for the inconvenience. Most of the staff members were courteous and helpful. The noise from Times Square if you are on the lower floors is definitely noticeable, we slept fine but if you are a light sleeper I would def suggest getting a higher floor. Overall it is a beautiful hotel and great view, area, and size for the price point.
