Come and enjoy this awesome ocean front, three bedroom, two bath, vacation townhouse, located in the gate community of Seabluffe Village in Encinitas, California. You are literally 75' from the beach and offers fun for the entire family. The ocean front view draws you out onto our very large balcony deck where you can relax with a glass of wine, feel the gentle ocean breeze, or listen to the sounds and sights before you; the waves, surfers, dolphins, and all of the marine life.

Fully equipped gourmet kitchen comes with granite counter tops, a large Kitchen Aid refrigerator, microwave, Dacor five burner cook-top double ovens, warming drawer, Bosch dishwasher, trash compactor, dual stainless steel sinks, and purified water dispenser.

The living room offers a large inviting fireplace, fully equipped entertainment center with 60' LCD HD TV, DVD/CD/VCR players, Netflix, Amazon Prime, Paramount+, music and DVD library for your enjoyment. Wireless Broadband Wi-Fi access throughout, Ethernet Broadband Internet Access (bring your own laptop).

Relax in luxury in the master bedroom with it's own romantic gas fireplace, walk-in closet, microwave oven, refrigerator, entertainment center and master bathroom Jacuzzi tub.

Special features of your vacation home is a detached, enclosed two-car garage, plus two additional parking spaces in front of garage, loaded with beach chairs, surf board, boogie boards, sand toys for the kids, umbrella and cooler chests for fun in the an uncrowded private access beach. Home away from home

We just spent a fantastic week in Encinitas at the Long's Beach House, and I have to say it may be the best place we've ever rented. Not only was Rick professional to deal with, the entire booking, check-in and stay was smooth and exactly as advertised. It's safe to say that we've never stayed in a rental that was as well-appointed, clean and maintained with care as this house. From the impeccably stocked kitchen to the Ethan Allen furniture, we felt like we were staying at a family home rather than a cookie-cutter "modern" rental. The garage was stocked with every beach toy and piece of recreational gear we needed for a day at the beach and everything was clean and in working order. The views of the ocean from the porch and master bedroom are awe-inspiring. We saw dolphins and sea lions playing in the surf frequently, and spent the evenings watching the sun melt into the Pacific. The location is perfect. The stairs down to the beach are conveniently right next to the unit. At low tide, the beach was perfect for walking and for the kids to explore the tide pools down by Beacons. We visit North County frequently, and I usually surf south of Grandview but the waves were great right in front of the condo. There are so many amazing restaurants in the area. The sushi at Kai Ola in Leucadia was fantastic. We are already looking at dates this summer to book this unit again. It truly felt like a home away from home.

This was our second stay at this wonderful townhouse. The location is magnificent and the home is comfortable, well furnished and provided everything we needed from the kitchen to the bathrooms. Rick was a great host and we made good use of all the outdoor amenities he makes available - bikes, boogie boards, wet suits, beach chairs, pickle ball paddles and balls, and coolers. We had an absolutely wonderful time and hope to return again.

Beach Getaway

We had an absolutely fantastic time staying at Rick's Beach oasis during Christmas break for 7 days. This property well exceeded our expectations. The space was clean, spacious yet cozy. The amenities were top-notch, we had everything that we needed and more. The location was perfect, we loved sitting out on the deck and watching the surfer's and daily visits from dolphins. We also enjoyed walks on the beach during low-tide. Our experience at this location was nothing short of amazing. Thank you for such a memorable stay, we will definitely be back.

Great Location Great Home

The home is beautiful and has everything you need or think you need. Loved sitting on the deck and watching the surfers and the occasional dolphin. We had know issues but wish the weather was a little better so we could use the pool even though it was heated. Would stay if we are in the area again.

THIS Property was understated in the VRBO PRESENTATION ON LINE .IT SHOWED MUCH BETTER IN PERSON THAN THE VRBO PHOTOS. THIS WAS PROBABLY THE BEST APOINTED VRBO HOUSE I EVER RENTED AND I HAVE RENTED QUITE A FEW. VERY NICE OWNER AND THE LOCATION IS 5 STAR. WOULD DEFINATELY RENT AGAIN.

Great Beach Vacation

Clean house with all the amenities of home. Well appointed kitchen! Right next to the beach stairway. Dolphins right out the window. The beach has rocks so bring some water shoes if you have weak feet like me. Pickleball and tennis courts. A perfect vacation!

Christmas vacation

We had a great time in this beautiful home. It was nicely decorated for the holidays, and was well stocked for anything you would need on vacation. There was a wide range of beach equipment - chairs, coolers, toys, wet suits, boogie and surf boards, towels, etc. The kitchen was also well equipped with everything you need to cook and serve with. Beautiful views from the deck, especially at sunset. We highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again.

Terrific rental. Right over the ocean, beautiful sunsets, in a community with two very nice pools nearby. Among other things it was easily the best equipped place we’ve ever rented. It seemed to have everything — bikes, wet suits, beach chairs, multiple sets of dishes, extensive cookware, etc. etc. The owner was also very easy to communicate with. Highly recommend.

Incredible View and Ocean Sounds!

Great balcony to relax and watch the surfers and for entertaining. Tri level so there’s a few stairs to navigate but the upstairs Master was the best place to be! If you walk down the stairs to the beach it is a narrow shore line with no sand,all rocks to get in ocean. Plenty of windows with ocean views. All in all loved our stay. Thanks, Rick.

Another fantastic week!

This was our second stay at Rick’s Seabluffe condo and we had a fantastic visit! A few notable things about this rental: the price for an ocean facing unit is spectacular and more than fair; this is their home and it shows… they take great care of the place and also know how to be outstanding hosts, and they truly care about feedback! I’m growing a bit weary of the lick and stick properties that are obviously being bought as short term rentals with no soul, no fun extras, no thought! Rick’s place is NOT one of those! It’s a home and it shows! The beach toys are plentiful, the bicycles perfect for evening trips to restaurants, etc., and the beds super comfy and bedding high quality (thank god for the nice cotton sheets!!). The master suite is gorgeous, but second and third rooms comfy, too! Just book it, you won’t be disappointed!! We’re already on the calendar for next year, thanks, Rick!

Fantastic View

Fantastic Ocean view from this property. Well maintained and an absolutely turn key property for a very relaxing vacation. We spent the week surfing with our boys in the mornings followed by pickle ball in the afternoon, another evening surf session and finishing our days barbecuing on the decking enjoying a cocktail and the sunset.

Host had great communication. Home has breath taking views of the ocean and coast. We didn’t get to experience sunrises due to El Niño with unusually cloudy weather, but we did enjoy several picturesque sunsets on the balcony from our comfy outdoor cushioned chairs and outdoor couch. Home is well equipped and has a lot of the small things and details you would want for your own home. We made good use of the included boogey boards and my son learned how to surf (board included with home is more for advanced smaller frame surfer) but it was easy to rent one just up the road. The views from the master bedroom look like they came right out of a brochure. Master has its own small fridge and keurig. Very safe location in a gated community. House comes with pickleball equipment that we took advantage of. Tennis courts are available and included as well as a basketball goal. There is a private pool and hot tub but we didn’t have time for that. Loved every minute of our vacation. Highly recommend this home and hope to be back soon. Thank you Rick.

Breathtaking views plus all the comforts of home

This property is absolutely lovely. And the views! Just breathtaking. Attention has been paid to all the little details, from a well stocked kitchen to comfortable beds, and plenty of beach toys to extra towels. They really have thought of everything. We were traveling with our son and his family (so 6 of us in all) and the layout of the property gave us plenty of gathering space as well as privacy. The owners were wonderful to deal with, quick to respond, and check in was easy. We're already looking forward to a return visit. Did I mention the views! Absolutely a 5 stars rating!

Beautiful, relaxing beach front property

We have stayed at Seabluffe Village before, but this was our first stay at this wonderful 3 bedroom townhouse with magnificant views of the Pacific and the beach. The owner Rick has thought of everything you might need for your stay. The master bedroom on the upper level was a dream, with not only spectacular views, but its own wet bar, Keurig coffee maker and fireplace. All the rooms were comfortably furnished and all amenities you could want for a kitchen and bathrooms. All kinds of outdoor activities were provided for in the garage and we made use of the two bikes and the boogie boards. The only problem we had was with the dishwasher which didn't work properly and we ended up doing dishes by hand with our guests the first few days and then were able to get by for largely the remainder of our stay when family joined us for the second week, running it two or more times to clean. Wasn't ideal, but Rick came out to trouble shoot and we didn't insist on immediate repair during our stay. The only other downside was the hot tub at the community pool. It was only hot one day out of the handful of times we attempted to use it. Dissappointing, but certainly not enough to ruin an otherwise wonderful time at Rick's townhome. Although the weather was unseasonably cool, we still thoroughly enjoyed not only the beautiful property and magnificant views, but all that the surrounding area has to offer. We would certainly recommend this property and hopeto be back sometime.
