Never did the bed, because we had to ask them to do it. I spoke to receptionist and started letting her know the issues and she attempted to raise her voice at me and I stopped her really quick

The room was amazing! The staff were very nice and accommodating. The room was comfortable and had a lot of nice touches to it, such as the small kitchen and walk-in shower.

The room was nice on the surface. But there were stains all over the top blanket (duvet?), there was a random strange smell near the closet and bathroom, trash and ramdom things on the floor throughout this room. You could tell that it was very superficially cleaned. Just the bare minimum. But the absolute worth thing was that we couldn’t take a shower. It was the actual temperature of a cold plunge. Very disappointed since it had great reviews.

For the price point, i can't be disappointed. My only distractor was i had requested a 1st floor room because there's no elevator & being physically limited, have difficulty with stairs. I booked awhile back & didn't expect any issue, but was told when I checked in there was no 1st floor accommodations. Also the parking lot was a bit disorganized & taken up by supplies for construction & disabled spot was taken by an nonpermitted vehicle. Just little things add up & can be frustrating.
