**Garage
A washer and dryer are in the garage, with a starter amount of laundry soap and fabric softener. Beach items, e-bikes, baby high chairs, and air hockey table also are in the garage. Please be sure to close the garage door completely whenever you leave the home. No remote is provided.

**Our guests
The entire home and property is yours during your stay. No additional units are on the property. All guests who stay at the property overnight MUST be registered at the time of reservation.

**No pet policy
Regretfully, no pets at any time. Our policy is strictly enforced for our guests AND our cleaning crew with allergies. We advertise a pet-free home; if evidence of a pet is apparent at any time during your stay or at check-out, you agree to revoke your deposit or pay a minimum fee of $1200.
**Smoking
Absolutely NO smoking inside the property. If you choose to smoke outside, please dispose of cigarette butts in the grey garbage bin near the garage and NOT in the garden or indoor garbage bins. If evidence of smoking is present at check-out, you agree to revoke your deposit or pay a minimum fee of $1200.

**Parking
The driveway is behind a rolling gate and is accessible via the alleyway. You are welcome to park on the cement pad. NO garage door remote or code provided.

**Electric bikes
You have access to two:
—foldable electric pedal assist bicycles,
—“adult size large” helmets, and
—locks at no additional charge.

We can offer up to four additional e-bikes and “adult size large” helmets for an additional fee. These are commuter-style bikes designed for adults, manufacturer age 12+ recommended.

**Quiet hours:
9 p.m. to 8 a.m.

**Beach access
From your front door, walk west for 1.5 blocks up a small hill to the Stonesteps Beach access. To get to the sand, descend a large cement staircase. Access to Stonesteps, Beacons, and Grandview (local beaches) are via cliff-side ramp or staircase access to the sand and have no restrooms (although the two latter do have small parking lots).

Nearby beaches that offer both restrooms and parking lots and are within a few minutes drive from the home, including South Ponto State Beach, Moonlight Beach, San Elijo State Beach, Swamis Beach, & South Carlsbad State Beach.

**Deposit
Deposits are fully refundable as long as all terms and conditions are met. Any damage done to the property above normal wear and tear will be deducted from the deposit.

**Cleaning fee
Cleaning fees are non-negotiable. Please know that your home will be meticulously clean when you arrive, and the cleaning fee is used to make it that way for all of our guests. All linens are washed prior to guest check-in, and the home is well-ventilated between stays.

*Please note: The city of Encinitas requires all guests that book for fewer than 31 days pay a 10% Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT). Guests that book at least 31 days DO NOT have to pay TOT tax. If the tax appears at your final price quote and you are booking 31 nights or more, please message me first, and I will manually remove the tax. Feel free to inquire if you are unfamiliar with the TOT tax.
