The owner or staff manager waited for my husband to step out of room to come to my room knock and ask if we were still occupying room. I guess his cleaning staff told him we took our stuff when we left to enjoy our day and he wanted to rent out. I paid for Friday thru Sunday and he came to see if we were still in room. Inappropriate!!!! Especially waiting for me to be alone!

I got the worst customer service I've ever had at a hotel anywhere. The room was marginally clean. The beds were horrible; I could actually feel the springs inside the mattress. The individual at the front desk was rude and abrasive. I will never stay at any Econo Lodge anywhere.

Great stay but they don't enforce their rules.

Check in was effortless. It was very easy to check in and out. The people who were at the front desk were very nice and welcoming.One thing I would say is they say they are a smoke free place but had multiple people smoking outside rooms so the smell of smoke would linger a bit and with a baby it's kinda bad .

I just wished they had breakfast service we were on the go it makes it hard trying to get ready for a family event...i stayed here just because the kids wanted the pool. 😊 staff very friendly ..only too many street people around...but other than that nice stay.

The hotel is really clean and the cleaning people did a great job of cleaning my room. I had reserved a king, single bed-room and they had given me a key to a room on the first floor that was already occupied. Lobby staff were not very apologetic. I got downgraded to a queen room on the second floor. Overall, I liked it and had a good experience.

Dont stay here unless you dont care!

Several front desk clerks were rude, condescending & very skeptical of the littlest things such as clean towels and change for the laundry machines. They made me come to the office for change 8 times! Finally I went down the street and got change from another merchant. I had to use towels to clean the floors (I dont think the floors are cleaned at all) I asked to use a vacuum and was told she didnt have one. Well I asked front desk manager for clean towels and he interrogated me & said "no, you have wait!" I told him I needed to shower & go to work, finally he told me "only 1 towel." There was only 1 desk worker that was respectful & polite in the afternoons. The cleanliness of the rooms is an entire chapter of its own. I felt like I was getting bitten by something in the spread & covers! I gave the cleaner them back. Who knows how often they're washed. The entire stay was gross. I was in the process of moving and tired so I wasn't looking to change hotels, but I wish I would've. Overall, the room looked nice when I first checked in. Looks can and are deceiving.
