The room was fine. New building and spacious room. But I was surprised by the parking fee. They now are not allowed to tack on a “resort fee” to overcharge you after you have already booked. So now they charge for parking in an area where there is no choice to arrive by anything but a car and there is a huge parking lot. They are still trying to slip in extra fees. On top of that, now that they don’t actually have you check out, the housekeepers came knocking on the door insistently starting at 9 am - and did it twice.

Ants in the room. Ants on the bed. After letting front desk know they moved me to a different room which was fine however every time I book a Springhill suite, the first room always has ants until you ask to switch. They should check before giving rooms.
