Roaches everywhere and did not get refunded

Did not even stay the one night we booked for. We were just passing the Fairfield and decided to stay here for the night. Roaches were crawling everywhere when we entered the room. Left immediately and let the front desk know. She could refund us since we booked through hotels.com. Contacted hotels.com and they did not refund either. Will never stay at a Comfort Inn ever again. I will not be using hotels.com ever again either.

Rooms were very run down and needed alot of repairs. Our bathroom door knob was falling off. The radio was broken. One of our rooms that we rented had no shower curtain. One other room was very smelly. The breakfast was cut off at exactly 9 am on a holiday. We were able to eat, but some in our party were not allowed in after 9 am.
