There were several situations that made me never want to stay here again:
- Ice rink (main winter attraction) closed for 2 days and no notification until we go there or other accommodations
- every bill at the hotel has 20% gratuity automatically added, leading to several people adding 20% additional after it was already included (we weren’t the only one). Really feels like a cheap trick
- staff at the OH restaurant were not friendly at all, makes sense because they already get their 20% tip regardless
- who is out of CO2 for the draft beers at the main lobby bar?
- no one was helpful when trying to find out if something was returned to lost and found or would even look
The rooms are above average, nothing special, they way we were treated wasn’t worth giving this place another go
