Ho hum

The shower floods the room. It was a chore to clean up. The tile in the shower is suspect. Bed was OK if not a little saggy. Could not figure out how to set the clock radio to the right time. Counter space around the microwave refrigerator area was virtually nonexistent. Hot water at that sink would have bee nice but I see there is no plumbing for that. Our stay was for three nights. Staff was nice but I think under appreciated by corporate .

Updated clean rooms. Kids loved the pool area and complimentary snacks in the evening. Breakfast was great! Pool could use some additional cleaning as the water was a little murky. Would definitely stay here again if headed to Old Town Sacramento.

Great Location

Service was excellent, and the hotel was clean and very convenient to downtown Sacramento. The breakfast buffet was included, as was an evening happy hour. Overall, a great stay.

Beautiful Hotel

The room was amazing. It was like a small apartment. It had everything we needed. It was clean. Customer service was excellent! We ordered room service from the restaurant and the food was delicious! We brought our dog, and the hotel was super pet friendly. They gave him a toy, a water bowl, and treats. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and more than what we expected. It was a full buffet and made to order omelettes. We will definitely stay here again and recommend to family and friends.

Very good, family friendly, spacious rooms, amazing staff from Tobias in valah services to Patrick at registration. A smooth operation. Clean hotel. All amenities included except parking but well worth the extra. Only issue was older toliets being very low and awkward. Could use a handicapped bar in bathroomby toliet as well.
